The UEFA Event Transport Coordinator works with the event transport team on planning and implementing transport and parking operations for the UEFA club competition finals.

Additionally, the role will plan and supervise the implementation of vehicle access and parking operations for UEFA EURO 2020.


- Working with all relevant teams and target groups owners to determine their event parking requirements and assign them specific vehicle access and parking privileges based on their operational needs and in accordance with service level agreements;
- Sourcing, developing and managing the resources required to deliver vehicle access and parking operations for the event, including the design and production of parking passes, the management of a database to track and monitor the production and distribution of parking passes, and the sourcing of parking management providers in all 12 host cities;
- Working with the Event Transport Host City Managers to determine parking availability at each of the venues;
- Developing and producing a parking coding plan for all host cities;
- Supporting implementation of the vehicle access and parking requirements for each target group;
- Attending and presenting at internal and external stakeholder meetings, as required;
- Managing the production and distribution of parking passes;
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency of event transport plans with the wider access management and mobility groups.

Club competition finals:
- Supporting the event transport team in planning and implementing transport and parking operations for UEFA club competition finals;
- Establishing and validating vehicle access and parking plans;
- Planning, sourcing and managing suppliers for the provision of drivers and/or transport services;
- Establishing plans for arrival and departure operations;
- Planning and managing fleet operations and services;
- Managing the related budget.


Experience required:
- from 4 to 6 years / as an event or project assistant or coordinator, ideally in a multicultural sports environment
- from 1 to 3 years / - in the passenger transport industry or event traffic management
- previous experience in accreditation, ticketing or access management would be an advantage

- Bachelor's or equivalent qualification,ideally in a subject related to transport, logistics or supply chains
- Other in project or event management
