What you will be doing

• Proactively and independently win new international customers/sponsors and expand our international sales activities with a special focus on Japanese brands
• Focus on winning new partners for our premium European Football Club rights holders and specifically Borussia Dortmund
• Develop creative and impactful solutions together with your brand consulting colleagues
• Hold high level contract talks and lead negotiations
• Participating in international business development and networking events
• Regular international travel particularly to Japan and the APAC region

Who you are

• You share our enthusiasm for sports
• You're a university graduate in sports marketing or related fields
• You’re fluent in Japanese and English with strong communication skills
• You have a passion and talent for business development
• Several years of sales experience
• You show confidence and an inner drive to learn and grow
• You have an above average commitment and are mobile and flexible
• You’re able to organize and work across multiple projects whilst keeping to deadlines
• Very good team and organizational skills (CRM/Salesforce)
