Profile:

Under the supervision of the Women's Football Development Manager, the Women's Football Development Coordinator will provide support to UEFA's national associations in the scope of women's football. Planning and developing programmes and initiatives, he/she will be key in working alongside stakeholders to build the structures of women's football.

Purpose:

  • Coordinating the UEFA Women's Football Development Programme (grant scheme) and handling the related administrative tasks;
  • Providing tailored support to the UEFA member associations;
  • Managing projects related to elite youth player development and pathways;
  • Organising think tanks on women's football and an annual women's football roundtable (content and logistics);
  • Developing specific approaches for the development of women's football in eastern Europe;
  • Ensuring synergies with all other women's football-related initiatives throughout UEFA;
  • Preparing presentations and documentation, and managing data;
  • Providing project and administrative support to the Women's Football Development Manager.

Requirements:

Experience required:

  • From 1 to 3 years in football or sports administration (e.g. in a football confederation, national association, region or top club)
  • From 1 to 3 years in an international organisation

Education:

  • Post High School Diploma or equivalent

Languages:

  • English / Proficient
  • Knowledge of other European languages, especially Serbian, Croatian or Russian, would be an asset

Additional requirements:

  • MS Office / Proficient
  • Knowledge of football
  • Interest in women's football
  • Quick understanding, attention to detail and good judgement
  • Available to travel
