The Management Assistant handles administrative and organisational tasks for the Financial Sustainability and Research Division.


  • Supporting the Managing Director as well as the smooth running of the division by ensuring adherence to set deadlines and objectives;
  • Organising meetings of the investigatory chamber of the UEFA Club Financial Control Body;
  • Managing travel arrangements for the staff of the division and sharing administrative work with the other assistant of the division;
  • Organising internal and external meetings, and preparing the related documents;
  • Organising workshops (abroad), including logistics, technical set-up and social activities;
  • Preparing documents in relation to the division's activities for UEFA Executive Committee meetings;
  • Managing ticket distribution and invitations for VIP guests of the division;
  • Drafting official UEFA letters.


Experience required:

  • At least three years' experience working in an international environment


  •  Certificate in hotel management, business administration or another relevant field


  •  English / Proficient
  • French / Proficient
  • German would be an asset

Additional requirements:
