The VIP Admin & Ticketing Assistant coordinates invitation management and ticketing for the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League finals, and UEFA Super Cup match, as well as helps to set up the related ICT platforms and supportsthe guest management and protocol team with administrative tasks.


- Setting up and coordinating the invitation management process for the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League finals, and UEFA Super Cup match;
- Monitoring ticket quotas;
- Acting as point of contact for UEFA target groups and their guest relations coordinators (GRC) for matters related to invitation management, provision of services and VIP ticketing;
- Keeping event information up to date for GRCs;
- Setting up invitation management and guest list configurations in the UEFA event management database (FAME);
- Handling routine FAME maintenance tasks and seating tool updates;
- Preparing GRC meetings and summary reports;
- Preparing and assisting with all GRC training and staff FAME training;
- Ensuring that event data is complete and accurate (e.g. guest arrival and departure details, accommodation bookings);
- Setting up a change management system;
- Preparing VIP seating plans;
- Setting up and handling ticket fulfillment and distribution/shipment;
- Coordinating related logistical requirements for each event;
- Preparing all event admin, training and support documentation;
- Assisting in the development and testing of related ICT tools (updated features, new technologies, etc.);
- Booking travel and logistical arrangements for the guest management and protocol team;
- Preparing post-event statistics;
- Working on other events as required;
- Troubleshooting.


Experience required:
- from 1 to 3 years / in guest management in the event or guest services industry, working specifically with guest database systems and logistical information
- less than 1 year / ticketing experience
- less than 1 year / with a major sports event organisation

- Bachelor's in hospitality/event management
- Other customer service training

- English / profficient
- German / Intermediate
