Your duties

  • Conducting the initial studies, research, analysis, benchmarking and consultations necessary to establish a hospitality production plan
  • Defining the human resources, hospitality facilities and inventory needs and requirements
  • Elaborating detailed concepts and defining service levels for Hospitality Production services
  • Managing the tender process and evaluation of corporate and events gifts. Assuming responsibility for ensuring that sufficient products are provided within FIFA
  • Managing the tender process and evaluation of Hospitality Production suppliers
  • Appointing and managing Hospitality Production suppliers (caterers, hostess agencies, decoration and production suppliers, etc.)
  • Developing and managing hospitality supplier operational planning
  • Managing overall on-site production implementation at all venues
  • Liaising with all relevant internal and external parties to ensure consistent and smooth implementation
  • Organising and attending site visits with all required parties when and if necessary
  • Initiating and supporting the drafting of any legal documents required
  • Monitoring and managing relevant budgets, revenues and payments
  • Ensuring that general administrative, reporting, knowledge management and debriefing processes are followed and delivered to the required standard

Our requirements



  • Willingness to travel on a regular basis
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the planning and delivery of major events
  • At least 5 years’ experience in hospitality and guest experience
  • Planning and process management skills
  • Ability to convert planning into operational processes
  • Comfortable working with IT systems
  • Fluency in English (mother tongue or second language); knowledge of Spanish or French would be an advantage
  • Flexible and able to provide support at all levels (administration, operations or concept) in changing and sometimes challenging environments (working hours, stress levels, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize a diversified workload and to work in a multi-cultural environment
