Your duties

  • Develop and implement design planning and tracking tools
  • Identify new working tools to better support service to the stakeholders
  • Effectively develop and implement a new archive and approvals system
  • Monitor and supervise the approvals process
  • Responsible for brand procurement processes planning, submissions and follow up
  • Prepare work statements and support Legal in the drafting of brand-related contracts
  • Supporting the head in preparing the brand management annual budget
  • Supervision and follow up of design requests in close coordination with the requesters and / or the Senior Manager – Brand Development
  • Develop and supervise the management and implementation of innovative brand guidelines in close collaboration with the Senior Manager – Brand Development
  • Supervise the memorabilia development programme
  • Redefine and supervise the implementation and management of all FIFA artwork libraries

Our requirements

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years in brand management
  • Understanding of brand development and brand implementation
  • Proficiency in development and monitoring application of brand toolkits and guidelines
  • Experienced in management of brand asset libraries and organisation
  • Good understanding of design software’s such as InDesign and AI
  • Experience in managing a team with strong leadership skills
  • Good understanding of production processes and production solutions
  • Experience with approval processes and platforms development & management
  • Financial Acumen
