One of the key roles of the commercial operations unit is to organise the commercial operations rights delivery at all season matches of UEFA Champions League. Within this unit, the Commercial Operations Coordinator supports the managers and specialists of the team and coordinates the tasks, projects or sub-projects delegated to him/her.
This involves ensuring that UEFA commercial partners, and more specifically the TV right-holders, adhere to operational procedures and guidelines, and actively delivering commercial rights for the aforementioned club competition.

Key responsibilities:
- Planning and overseeing the correct implementation of the broadcast partner rights at all the UEFA Champions League matches in accordance with their contractual agreements;
- Serving as one of the key contacts for the operational management of the UEFA Champions League for Venue Operations and Broadcast Managers (VOBM);
- Providing back-office support before and during match weeks, at the match centre and on the VOBM hotline;
- Training as a VOBM to deliver season matches in club competitions;
- Working in close cooperation within the Commercial Operations unit, TV Operations, Football Operations, Communications, other relevant UEFA units and UEFA’s agencies;
- Coordinating and preparing documentation, content for manuals, guidelines, procedures, reporting, and archiving;
- Coordinating venue workshops, training, briefings and other specific tasks in the unit;
- Setting up and monitoring ICT platforms to ensure tools are fully available and functional;
- Handling planning, budget and organisational administration for VOBM-related tasks;
- Coordinating with certain suppliers or partners in the allocated sectors;
- Supporting the planning and delivery of club competitions finals;
- Using his/her organisational skills and methodology to ensure that all elements of the job are delivered to the
required standards and reliability, and in line with all applicable rules, guidelines or regulations;
- Exchanging information efficiently with all internal and external parties, including other UEFA divisions, clubs, broadcasters or appointed agencies and external suppliers.

Profile of the successful candidate

Experience required:
- from 1 to 3 years' experience in TV broadcasting (with a broadcaster or an agency) and sporting event management, ideally at international level.
- Further studies in sports events management
- Project administration or project management qualifications
- English / Proficient
- Another European language in addition to English

- MS Office / Advanced

- Good writing skills, including policy/guidelines and workflows
