Main goal:

One of the responsibilities of the Commercial Operations Unit is the efficient management and delivery of the ticketing rights for UEFA's commercial partners across the four main club competitions (UEFA Champions League, UEFA Women's Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Europa Conference League). The Commercial Operations Ticketing Assistant supports the team and coordinates the tasks, projects or sub-projects assigned to them reliably and precisely to ensure high quality.

Key responsibilities:

- Helping to prepare key documents for the season for all the main stakeholders;
- Collecting and checking all ticket-related documents (club system guidelines, staff ticketing guidelines, TEAM Marketing ticketing overview, ticket-holder data overview, ticket collection procedures);
- Compiling a cross-competition ticketing and hospitality overview;
- Checking that all venue-specific ticket allocations and seating plans are in line with contractual rights;
- Checking and approving invoices from clubs, and processing them as of the knockout stages;
- Monitoring the commercial operations ticketing inbox;
- Helping Venue Sponsorship & Services Managers (VSSMs) update key information on the hospitality app;
- Helping to conduct and analyse surveys;
- Allocating purchase tickets to the various target groups and sending ticket orders to all participating clubs;
- Allocating complimentary tickets to UEFA target groups, issuing ticketing reports and sending them to VSSM;
- Monitoring the distribution of UEFA purchase tickets, and distributing them as of the knockout stage;
- Managing UEFA Champions League ticketing platforms on SharePoint, ensuring all commercial partners have access and all folders are up to date;
- Working with the UEFA Europa League and UEFA Europa Conference League team on ongoing improvements to ensure a smoother system for managing ticketing operations;
- Helping to prepare reports for top management (e.g. status reports).


Experience required:
- from 1 to 3 years in sports marketing or event management, working for a rights holder or agency (international level, venue-based)
- from 1 to 3 years in client servicing
- from 1 to 3 years in venue management, in football or another sport

- Bachelor's Marketing

- Proficient in English
- French would be an advantage

Additional requirements:
- Good IT skills
- Proficient in Outlook, MS Office and other proprietary software
- Project organisation and budget coordination
- Good writing skills, including of policies, guidelines and workflows
- Team spirit in a high-pressure, changeable environment
- Solid interpersonal skills and creative, service-oriented mindset
