The Planning & Integration Coordinator will support the Operational Readiness Manager to coordinate, plan and oversee the delivery of Readiness and Planning for Tournament-time co-ordination. Given the compact nature of Qatar and of the FWC22 footprint, the achievement of Readiness and Tournament Co-ordination must be seen as an integrated objective by all entities, which have a role in the delivery of the FWC22.
She or He must establish and maintain an excellent relationship with their Q22 counterparts and contribute in the conservation of a smooth collaboration between the Q22 projects, which shall contribute in the delivery of Readiness and Tournament co-ordination.
The Accommodation Manager should collaborate with the Senior Accommodation Manager in setting deadlines, operating plans, policies & procedures and deliverables. He/She must assist in researching and procuring the targeted accommodation inventory predetermined by the FIFA Requirements.
Spectator Services (SPS) function mission is to make all the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 spectators to feel welcomed and ensure they have all the information and assistance they need in the stadiums to have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Spectator Services (SPS) perform a wide range of services inside and around the stadiums focused on wayfinding, information, ushering, information points operation, lost & found items, restricted items storage, children registration and mobility assistance services. Spectator Services is also responsible for the consistent and high-quality approach to deliver the best spectator experience in the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 stadiums.
The World Para Sport Classification Project Senior Manager is accountable to the Managing Director of World Para Sports and will be responsible for developing and managing the World Para Sports classification portfolio with the emphasis on developing structures and knowledge for the sports to independently lead on their classification portfolios.
