Your duties

  • Delivering a customised, memorable and unique VVIP and VIP experience for our guests at FIFA events
  • Monitoring bookings (programme attendance, ticket availability and distribution, transport, etc.)
  • Overseeing guest journeys and the resolution of guest concerns
  • Responsibility for the general staffing plan and the training of people on site
  • Defining processes, service levels, parameters and requirements in relation to concepts, timelines, policies, responsibilities and operational workflows
  • Definition of communication flows, internally and externally
  • Assisting the LOC or any similar entity with their concepts and monitoring the implementation and operation
  • Acting as the main interface on accreditation matters for FIFA to the LOC or similar entities
  • Ensuring the transfer of knowledge in the area of responsibility
  • Continuously improving concepts

Our requirements

  • Three years’ experience in the planning and delivery of major events
  • Five years’ experience in hospitality and guest experience
  • Ability to convert planning into operational processes
  • Fluency in English, additional languages a plus
  • Flexibility to support all levels (administration, operation or concept) and in changing and sometimes challenging environments (working hours, stress levels, support)
  • Persistent, sense of initiative with good planning skills
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise a diversified workload and to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
