The Brand Production Assistant supports the brand production team with the procurement, sourcing and production of event, club and sponsor-branded materials for UEFA competitions, with a particular focus on UEFA EURO 2020.


- Assisting the brand production team during peak activity periods before UEFA club competition finals, and especially during the period leading up to UEFA EURO 2020, by:
o creating purchase orders in SAP,
o monitoring and reporting on budgets,
o creating engaging, striking and innovative PowerPoint presentations,
o tracking and updating inventories,
o developing a brand production filing and archiving system;
- Coordinating specific brand-related projects as required, e.g. managing the design application of a competition brand across a range of venue materials, sourcing and managing suppliers, and supervising the whole production process from concept through to distribution.


Experience required:
- from 1 to 3 years' working in a multicultural business environment, preferably on International sports events
- from 1 to 3 years in similar event positions, ideally related to event signage or branded material

- Bachelor's or equivalent
- Other graphic design qualification

- English / Proficient
