Profile:
In 2020, the UEFA EURO will celebrate its 60th anniversary. To celebrate this milestone, the tournament will be played across 12 different European cities - bringing the EURO closer to the fans and celebrating the best of European football and culture. To make this all possible, we need fantastic, dedicated people in every area - that's why we're recruiting an HR Assistant.

The EURO 2020 Recruitment Assistant supports and assists the EURO 2020 HR project with the overall UEFA recruitment process and with related HR administrative activities.

Purpose:
Recruitment activities:

  • Scheduling interviews (Skype and face-to-face), booking candidates' travel arrangements;
  • Fulfilling administrative duties (updating the master data file, liaising with the HR administration team, personnel files, administrative documents, preparations for archiving, etc.);
  • Handling administrative tasks related to recruitments and work references;
  • Where necessary, helping members of the HR team with all stages of the recruitment process (publication of position openings, screening of CVs, arrangement of interviews, processing of negative responses, tracking of candidates, etc.);
  • Liaising and organising meetings with different stakeholders (inside and outside of the organisation)

Personnel administration:

  • Following up employee lifecycle administration (entries, end of probationary periods, terminations) and ensuring all employee changes are processed;
  • Ensuring that the SAP recruitment system and the candidate database are kept up to date in the various HRIS;
  • Responding to questions asked by internal users of the SAP recruitment system;
  • Assisting business partners with their daily HR needs;
  • Following up on relocation activities with the external provider and the employee to ensure a smooth process.
  • Scanning and filing documents;
  • Supporting the unit's day-to-day correspondence and passing on information to colleagues;
  • Filing and scanning documents;
  • Delivering friendly service to clients (both in person and by phone)
  • Where necessary, providing assistance in relation to HR matters by responding to staff members' requests for information.

HR projects:

  • Participating in HR projects as required;
  • Providing administrative support on specific HR projects;
  • Helping to organise social events that are well-received by UEFA staff.

Requirements:
Experience required:

  • From 1 to 3 years / in human resources in an international environment
  • Less than 1 year / in sourcing, selecting and interviewing candidates for employment
  • Less than 1 year / in employee lifecycle administration is a plus


Education:
 Other Commercial apprenticeship
Other Specialised training in human resources would be an asset
Languages:

  • English / Proficient
  • French / Proficient
