The main goal of the Technical Overlay Manager, who forms part of the core Technical Services & Overlay (TECH) team based in Nyon, is to plan and ensure the provision of overlay for UEFA EURO 2020 stadiums.


  • Managing the following sub-projects: TV and media areas in stands, pitch-view studios, venue TV/radio, other changes to stadium infrastructure, camera platforms, cable bridges, cableways/cable hooks, and containers;
  • Establishing the needs of UEFA's internal stakeholders;
  • Surveying existing stadium infrastructure;
  • Turning identified gaps into tender requirements;
  • Documenting infrastructure changes to be delivered by stadiums;
  • Managing suppliers;
  • Managing one Technical Coordinator assisting with the delivery of the above sub-projects;
  • Working closely with the Technical Cluster Managers and Technical Venue Managers who are responsible for implementing the various sub-projects in each stadium.


Experience required:

  • From 4 to 6 years experience of managing projects in an event production environment
  • From 1 to 3 years experience of planning and leading event overlay projects
  • From 1 to 3 years experience of working in an international environment


  • English / Proficient
