To join our team in Salzburg (Austria), we are currently looking for a Rights Holder Manager.

Key account management:

In this exciting role, you’ll be the main contact for day-to-day business with right holders (federations/organizers) and maintain and build close relationships with clients. You’ll secure delivery of contractual commitments and provide rights holders with deal information as well as regular reporting on media analysis and financials. Additionally, you’ll take the lead in improving the media products together with the client.

Marketing & Sales:

As Rights Holder Manager, you’ll prepare info packages (match schedules, teams, events, etc.) and are the main contact for the Content Distribution Servicing (CDS) and Broadcaster Servicing teams. In cooperation with CDS, you’ll prepare sales presentations for sports/culture properties and briefing documents for the distribution team. Additionally, you’ll provide information for sales flyers / sales catalogue and for individual trailer production and final approval. You’ll also be responsible for content coordination of premium content pool in cooperation with CDS.

Planning & Reporting:

You’ll be involved in business planning and distribution forecasts for individual properties in cooperation with CDS. Furthermore, you’ll prepare various reports for management and be the interface and contact person for various departments including product development, portfolio management, LRM, etc.

Your experiences include: 

  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in a client account managing role, ideally in media, sponsorship or agency environment
  • University degree, a master degree is of advantage
  • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders to get best outcome for all
  • Service and solution oriented with a “can-do” attitude
  • Pro-active work attitude
  • Proficiency in English, other languages (e.g. German) are of advantage
