In Zug, we are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for the sports industry as soon as possible until the end of August 2018 to take on the role of the Manager Broadcaster Services - TV. Located at headquarters, you will be responsible for supporting the Broadcaster Servicing Team in preparation for the 2018 FIFA World Cup™ and other projects.

Scope of work:

  • Ensuring the contract compliance for all rights and obligations by clients
  • Reviewing and approving the use of logos 
  • Supporting the provision of the OSDP (FIFA On-Screen Design Package)
  • Handling of accreditation requests
  • Preparation of various guidelines, manuals etc.
  • Preparation of meetings and handling of logistics
  • Preparing Broadcaster- & Event overviews as well as broadcast schedules
  • TV & Broadband Monitoring: coordination with monitoring agencies, implementation of guidelines and reporting of irregularity cases 
  • Supporting the implementation of DRM/Digital Rights Management requirements and approval coordination
  • Coordination of TV reports and research audience data with clients and the appointed research agency and review of TV reports 

Other projects:

  • Satellite Distribution, including preparation of satellite schedule, co-ordination with satellite provider, SNG bookings, preparation of takers lists
  • Coordination of Technical (unilateral) and satellite bookings
  • Handling of accreditation requests
  • Establish and maintain manuals, documentations, check-lists, etc. 
  • Handling of Logistics
  • Additional support to the Broadcaster Servicing Team for other / new projects, as requested
  • Possible on-site presentation at events, if assigned and requested (only for other projects and without any guarantee)​

Your profile:

  • Successful completed commercial apprenticeship
  • 2-3 years of practical experience in the area of Account Management, preferably also in Broadcaster Servicing
  • Adaptable and willing to take initiative to assume responsibility and to perform tasks which may occur outside of the person’s job description
  • Flexible, willing to travel and ready to work irregular hours
  • Team-Player and good communicator
  • Stress resistance (hectic environment) 
  • Used to working in an exact and neat manner
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • English and German fluent at least on level C1
  • Computer skills: MS Windows (Word, Excel, Power Point) 
  • Strong attitude towards high quality, excellence in delivery and ‘client-first’ thinking (external & internal)
