The Red Bull Air Race World Championship is the ultimate motorsport series in the sky and has been the driving force in aerial sport since 2003, thrilling fans and leaving them wanting more. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an ambitious Event Operations Coordinator (m/f). In this role you will support and assist the Event Operations Manager. You will be responsible for preparing, setting up and maintaining the operational infrastructure for the races.

Your experience includes: (proven performance in)

  • Minimum of 3 years funded experience in a comparable work environment

  • Experience in the field of Aviation

  • Solid experience in regulation and dealing with regulatory authorities

  • Current Aviation International Rules updated (ICAO, FAR, EASA/JAR, etc.)

  • Very good verbal and written communication skills

  • Management skills, flexible, open-minded, Team Player
