Your duties

  • Acting as the main point of contact for the offices of the President and the Secretary-General for Summits and Council meetings
  • Working closely (in terms of cooperation, communication and planning) with relevant offices and many different departments, both internally and externally
  • Drafting welcome letters, invitations and various FIFA management information for Summits and Council meetings
  • Assuming responsibility for the FIFA Summits inbox and guest management
  • Assuming responsibility for the welcome desk and registration desk with the local member association, as well as collecting feedback and travel requests
  • Ordering materials and gifts as well as accreditation badges, supplier badges, lanyards, etc. and everything that needs to be delivered by FIFA Logistics
  • Preparing folders with event documents
  • Producing badges for events and distributing updated delegation lists
  • Constantly monitoring bookings (programme attendance, ticket/invitation availability and distribution, transport, etc.)
  • Overseeing guest journeys and the resolution of guest concerns


Our requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in the planning and delivery of major events
  • 1-2 years’ experience in hospitality and guest experience
  • Planning and process management skills
  • Ability to convert planning into operational processes
  • Fluency in English and any other FIFA language (French, German or Spanish) would be an asset
  • Ability to distinguish between service levels, including VIP level expectations
  • Analytical skills, efficient, detailed and accurate
  • Ability to transfer analysis into operations and vice versa
  • Ability to take the initiative and find solutions
  • Flexible to support all levels (administration, operations or concept), to work in a dynamic and evolving environment
  • Ability to prioritise a diversified workload
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
