To celebrate this milestone, the tournament will be played out in 12 different European cities - bringing the EURO closer to the fans and celebrating the best of European football and culture. To make this all possible, we need fantastic, dedicated people in all sectors.

The Euro 2020 Guest Services Operations Assistant helps to plan and coordinate Guest Service & Protocol Operations at stadiums and UEFA HQ hotels, supporting the Guest Services Operations Manager and Guest Services Coordinator by producing operational and training documents and devising procedures to ensure that the teams on-site can deliver a seamless high-quality guest experience.


General and pre-event operations
- Coordinating all logistics needs for Guest Services operations at stadiums and hotels, developing relevant procedures and manuals for guest management operations;
- Liaising with UEFA's Event Logistics team to understand delivery and dismantling procedures at stadiums and hotels and communicate with relevant team members;
- Producing room layouts of various VIP facilities within stadiums and UEFA HQ hotels for operational plans;
- Helping to produce operational plans for each stadium;
- Helping to produce volunteer manuals for VIP volunteers based at the stadiums and HQ hotels;
- Adapting and cross-checking dot plans for HQ hotels;
- Preparing templates for the venue operations;
- Assisting in the collection of relevant information for the Euro2020 VIP information guide;
- Assisting in the production of training documents for welcome service volunteers at official airports and hotels;
- Helping to produce support documentation and templates required by the Guest Management & Protocol on-site teams at stadiums and hotels;
- Coordinating logistics requirements
- Preparing presentations for the Guest Management and Protocol team to use for briefing and training purposes;
- Booking travel and logistics arrangements for the Guest Management and Protocol on-site and central teams during the Euro2020 tournament and for any training periods;
- Providing general administrative support for the Guest Management & Protocol team;
- Working on other events as required. Event-time responsibilities
- Monitoring VIP logistics items for on-site teams at each stadium and HQ hotel;
- Assisting guest services operations as required.


Experience required:
- from 1 to 3 years / experience in an administrative, logistics and guest management role within the event industry
- less than 1 year / experience working in major sports events

- Bachelor's in hospitality/ event management
- Other Customer service training

- English / Advanced
