The UEFA Communications Division is looking for a Content and Channel Specialist who will create, curate and manage content for our internal and external communication platforms. The incumbent will actively manage our online platforms, including the UEFA corporate Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn channels, as well as the corporate section of the website - UEFA.com. Purpose:

- Running UEFA's corporate social media accounts and seeking constant improvement in terms of quality, engagement and reach;
- Enhancing the engagement of fans and followers on social media, shown in significantly increased numbers, clicks, members, likes or followers;
- Co-creating and implementing a multi-platform strategy to highlight UEFA's work to promote, protect and develop football in Europe;
- Producing content with its own unique tone for each platform and identifying what should be posted where;
- Owning the content creation circle of planning, creating and analysing, to continuously enhance UEFA's social media content;
- Supporting the implementation of the UEFA Respect #EqualGame campaign; Writing in an engaging and informative style;
- Demonstrating a flair for storytelling and bringing corporate content to life with colour and style;
- Thinking innovatively to produce corporate content that engages target audiences and increases traffic to Inside UEFA, the corporate section of UEFA.com; Working closely with internal and external stakeholders on various UEFA projects;
- Reporting on results and outcomes of campaigns and writing bespoke pieces of content;
- Producing complex content plans to support key moments in the season;

- Bringing constant innovation to the corporate channels and researching new developments in social and digital communications;
- Collaborating with internal and external creatives (designers, animators, editors, etc.) to create outstanding content;
- Helping internal stakeholders to develop social media skills and good practices;
- Developing and applying style sheets and policies where needed.

Requirements:

Experience required:
- From 4 to 6 years' experience in content creation, including working to tight deadlines every day
- From 4 to 6 years' experience in social media on major platforms
- From 4 to 6 years' experience in copy-editing, producing work to exacting standards

Education:
- Bachelor's in a communications subject (specialisation in social and digital communications would be an advantage)

Languages:
- English / Proficient
- French / Intermediate

Additional requirements:
- MS Office / Advanced
- Demonstrable passion for and knowledge of European football
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and social media planning and monitoring tools, including a deep understanding of analytics
- Keen eye for detail and a feeling for compelling content on a range of subjects
- Professional experience and proven track record in running social media accounts
- Proactive, collaborative and innovative approach
- Good track record in stakeholder management, as the role involves daily contact with various other UEFA divisions
- Enthusiasm for intense periods of work that require a good sense of organisation
- Background in the sports sector is an advantage, but not a necessity
- Experience of working in an agency is an advantage
- Graphics creation and video editing skills are an advantage
- Social media monitoring/analysing tools & social media planning tools
