In a nutshell
Reporting to the Global Head of Programming, you run globally managed owned ( & Red Bull TV, etc.) and operated 3rd party channels. You are responsible for the consumer experience on those platforms as well as consumer journeys and CRM and shall attract a bigger audience, coming more often and for longer. You define programming and featuring priorities in line with global programming priorities.
You are the global expert, run centralized services and train country managers in their local execution building a clear value proposition and a global collaborative network.

Set a strategy
You understand and further define channel propositions and experiences. You live and further drive our O&O channels’ role in our network of channels, drive related content and platform feature development priorities as well as activation – in line with the global programming strategy.

Data is your thing!
You define channel content needs based on performance insights, commissioned content from international or local contributors, brief channel specific activation needs, run on-channel promotions, and monitor effectiveness. Additionally, you oversee, evaluate and optimize performance and user flows in wider Media Network context.

Manage the team
Leading the team of experts, you are responsible to ensure smooth workflows and the development of the team.


Your experience includes

  • 7+ years of channel or portal management job experience
  • University degree or relevant work experience
  • Extensive Digital Media knowledge and expertise
  • Marketing affinity
  • Editorial skills and expertise
  • Experience in content commissioning and promotion preferred
  • High affinity to data with the ability to translate it into strategy and concrete initiatives
  • Excellent communication, social and leadership skills
  • Curious, open and creative problem solver with a love for details
  • Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
