The Stadium Configuration Coordinator analyses and implements stadium drawings for selected venues by assessing maps and plans, conducting seat inspection visits, and building seating plans in the ticketing system for FIFA test events and the FWC2022. The role ensures the provision of accurate, high quality seating plans for the allocation of seats and production of tickets.
The Ticketing Production Coordinator implements the ticket production strategy for various clients groups at FIFA tournaments. The role supports the management in ensuring the timely, accurate and efficient provision of ticket base stock and paper tickets, and supports the implementation of FIFA’s mobile ticketing strategy.
The Ticketing Centre Operations Coordinator oversees the ticketing centre operations in the host country of any FIFA test event and the FWC2022 including, but not limited to planning, implementation of onsite ticket sales, ticket distribution/collection and customer service.
The Access Control General Coordinator oversees the delivery and operation of the technical installations of the Electronic Access Control Solution (EACS) at the stadiums, by the Stadium Authorities. The role ensures a timely delivery of preparatory tasks, system integrations, testing and operations during the tournament in full compliance with FIFA Ticketing’s requirements to ensure smooth, safe, and secure ingress procedures, for all ticket holders.
The Application Coordinator is responsible for aligning FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 LLC Projects requirements to the FIFA solutions and applications, addressing all the pre-tournament and Tournament needs to the relevant FIFA team and following up all phases until operation at the venues/sites.
